Every bottle of Five Nine Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is made with 100% Kentucky-grown corn, Kentucky’s famous limestone water and then aged in new, No. 4 char American oak barrels - the way it has always been done. Our mash bill is 70% corn, 21% winter rye, and 9% malted 2 and 6-row barley. The higher rye content results in a bourbon with warm spice notes on the nose and palate.

We currently ship within the US only. We ship to all states except: AK, HI, MA, MI, NH, TN, UT.

Standard shipping is 5-7 business days. Your product will be delivered straight to your door and any order containing alcohol will require an adult signature and ID check upon delivery.

Who will ship my product?

Our product is being shipped by a 3rd party partner (AccelPay's retailer network) 

Orders containing cocktails are fulfilled by licensed 3rd party retailers in the Accelpay network. Retailers use a variety of fulfillment carriers including GLS and UPS.

If your order contains both cocktails and Five Nine merch, it will be sent in separate shipments.

Can I return my order?

Orders that contain alcohol cannot be returned or exchanged. If you received the wrong item in your order, please email orders@fiveninewhiskey.com and we will make it right. 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be requested to be canceled until they are shipped. A request to cancel does not guarantee cancellation. Please send requests to orders@fiveninewhiskey.com. 

Can I get a refund?

We can process refunds on a case by case basis. 

Please send us a photo of the damaged or incorrect shipment to orders@fiveninewhiskey.com. 

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be edited after they are placed. If you need to cancel your order, please email orders@fiveninewhiskey.com before the order ships. 

What happens if my order arrives

If your order arrives damaged, our team will work to make it right! Send us an email orders@fiveninewhiskey.com with a photo of the damaged order and we will coordinate a reshipment within 3 business days.

How do I edit or cancel my subscription?

To edit your subscription, login to your Five Nine account. Once logged in, you'll notice a link on the right side of the page that says "Manage Subscriptions"

After clicking into there, you'll be able to pause or cancel your subscription, or change the frequency at which you receive orders.
